Who we are

V3 is built and operated by Rich in Thought Solutions, a consulting firm based in Kalispell, Montana. You can reach us at info@richinthought.com.

What we collect

When you request V3 on our landing page, we collect your email address. When you create a V3 account, we collect the email address you sign in with. When you use V3, we store the commitments and related content you enter so the app can show them back to you.

We use privacy-focused analytics to count visits and measure how the landing page performs. This analytics data does not identify you personally.

How we use your information

We use your email address to deliver V3, to send you the thinking behind the tool, and to send occasional related material from Rich in Thought Solutions. Every marketing email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. We use the content you enter in V3 solely to operate the app for you.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties for their marketing.

Team visibility

V3 includes a team feature. If you join a team, the leader you report to can see the commitments you enter, and you can see your own. If you do not join a team, your commitments are visible only to you.

Service providers

We rely on established providers to run V3: a hosting platform, a database and authentication service, an email marketing platform, and a transactional email sender. Each processes your data only to provide its service to us.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any message. You can request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing info@richinthought.com, and we will respond within thirty days.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above. Meaningful changes will be announced by email to registered users.
