Agreement

By using V3, you agree to these terms. V3 is provided by Rich in Thought Solutions of Kalispell, Montana.

The service

V3 is a free tool for planning and tracking daily commitments. We provide it as-is, and we may improve, change, or discontinue features as the product develops. If we ever discontinue V3, we will give registered users reasonable notice.

Your account

You sign in with your email address and a code we send to it. You are responsible for keeping access to that email address secure. You must be at least eighteen years old to create an account.

Your content

The commitments and content you enter in V3 belong to you. You grant us the limited right to store and display that content in order to operate the service for you and, if you join a team, for the leader you report to.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to access another person’s data, or use V3 for anything unlawful.

Disclaimer and limitation

V3 is provided without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rich in Thought Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to V3 is limited to one hundred dollars.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Flathead County, Montana.
